What Items do you keep in stock?

We do carry limited inventory on all of the products in our online shop.

We are more than happy to purchase items or materials specifically for your order and have contacts with suppliers that help expedite the process. For bulk orders please reach out for availability and pricing.

What is the lead time on orders?

Our standard turnaround time for items ordered from our site is 5-7 business days unless otherwise noted when purchasing, this does not include the time it takes for shipping if required. From the Months of September to December turn around times will be longer due to the volume of orders received. Please plan accordingly if you are wanting to get items in time for the holidays.

Can I order by phone?

Yes! We love to talk to our customers. This allows us to discuss options and ensure that we are on the same page, especially for large custom orders. All custom orders a proof will be sent via email for approval before we begin working your project, so an email is needed to review the proof. Do you offer shipping insurance?

All products that are shipped are insured against loss and damage during shipping. If you should receive an item that is damaged due to shipping practices, please notify us immediately so a claim can be filed, and replacement items can be sent ASAP.

Where are you located? Can we visit?

Yes; our new shop is located in Land O Lakes, WI. We welcome anyone who would like to stop in to do so, but to call first to make an appointment. Please call (715) 256-7090 to set up an appointment, they can usually be made the same day without issue.

Questions about Laser Engraving

What is laser engraving?

Laser engraving is a process in which a laser is used to etch or mark a material. Depending on the material being engraved will depend on the technique used to create the engraving. No tools or inks come in contact with the materials, the laser does the work without the use of these materials.

Can you cut and engrave metal?

We cannot cut metal. We also cannot do any engraving on metal. We can however work with coated metals by removing the coating from the product to reveal the metal underneath the coating. We also have a metal marking solution which can be used on some bare metals like stainless, titanium, brass to put a permanent mark on the metal.

What materials can you engrave?

We have the ability to engrave wood, glass, plastic, leather, acrylic, cork, paper, some solid surfaces, and even food products like pies and cookies.

Can you engrave on something we give to you?

Yes, however depending on the material and what is wanting to be engraved we will need to have a “test” piece that will be provided by you. This will ensure that we can complete the project to the requested specifications. The test piece must be disposable because it is not guaranteed that the process will work. Does all wood engrave equally?

No! Wood is a natural material, variations in wooden products will occur. No two wood pieces are the same. Engraving may reveal unique characteristics in the wood that were not seen prior. We will choose the most appropriate wood piece for your project. When engraving some wood species like pine a sprayable stain will be used for consistent contrast throughout the engraving.

How does customization work?

Customization is what we specialize in! We can engrave with any one of our thousand fonts, customer provided logo’s, we can create you a logo, or pull from our database of engravable artwork. We always send a proof of the design for approval prior to engraving.

I got my custom proof now what?

Please review the proof checking for spelling, font, placement, and design details. Once the proof is approved that is what will be engraved, exactly as you see the proof. Be sure to email back your proof approval as soon as possible. Engraving will not begin until we have received your approval.

Can you engrave sports logos, cartoons, movie themed logos/characters?

Maybe…. if this is your logo or cartoon you had created or have us create then of course! Or If you have written permission for use then yes!  If it is a professional sports team, collegiate sports team, military logo, or popular cartoon character then the answer is no. We cannot engrave any logo or design that is trademarked or has a copywrite.

Hydro dipping

What is Hydro dipping?

Hydro dipping is also known as water transfer printing. It is a method of applying printed designs to three dimensional surfaces. Using a base coat, a film, an activator, and the act of dipping into water.

What items can be Hydro dipped?

This process is used heavily in the automotive industry, the firearm industry, and the taxidermy industry. However almost anything can be hydro dipped as long as the piece or part can be submerged in water. Including plastic, fiberglass, wood, ceramics, and metal.

How long does Hydro dipping last?

Hydro dipping finishes can last for many years under normal use. However similar to automotive paint, the paint can scratch if the product is abused. Scratches of the protective coating can cause the design finish to fail.

How big can you dip?

Our tank is able to accommodate pieces up to 48″ Long x 24″ Wide x 30″ Deep.

What condition should my items be in prior to drop off?

All items need to be painted prior to being dipped to allow the ink from the film to fuse with the painted surface. Items will be given a wipe down by us but should be clean, free of cracks, dent free, and without any other type of damage.

How long does the finish take to dry?

Lacquer can take up to two weeks to fully cure. The item will be able to be handled withing 24-48 hrs. Those first 2 weeks care should be taken until the lacquer is fully hardened.

How long does the process take?

7-10 business days is our normal turn around time for all hydro dipped items. Please remember from September until December lead times maybe longer due to the holidays. If you would like to ensure you get your item in time for the holidays please keep this in mind.
